Last updated: October 13, 2026
DentalPrime lists six ingredients. Together they cover the building blocks of enamel and the balance of bacteria in your mouth.
| Ingredient | Main role |
|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 | Calcium absorption |
| Vitamin K2 (MK-7) | Directs calcium to teeth and bones |
| Hydroxyapatite calcium | Enamel mineral |
| Zinc citrate | Gums and fresh breath |
| Xylitol | Reduces acid-making bacteria |
| Cranberry powder | Stops bacteria sticking |
Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2
Vitamin D3 helps the gut absorb calcium, and vitamin K2 activates proteins that move calcium into bones and teeth. Low vitamin D is linked with poorer oral health.
Hydroxyapatite calcium
Hydroxyapatite is the mineral that makes up about 97% of tooth enamel. In toothpaste it has been shown to help remineralize early enamel damage.
Xylitol
Xylitol is a natural sweetener that the main cavity bacteria cannot ferment, so regular xylitol use is linked with less plaque.
Cranberry and zinc
Cranberry compounds help stop bacteria from sticking to surfaces, and zinc is widely used in oral care for fresher breath.
